Justin Lepscier
TREASURER
Justin Lepcsier is an enrolled member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, with deep roots in the Menominee Territory where he was born and raised. A dedicated professional and community leader, Justin has built a career at the intersection of finance, education, and public service.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he focused on Leadership and Change, and earned his MBA from the Schneider School of Business at St. Norbert College. His diverse professional background includes roles as a federal contractor with the National Institutes of Health, positions at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and as a Mortgage Lender at Bay Bank. He also served as Finance Manager for the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin.
Currently, Justin is a Lead Institutional Advisor at KeyBank, where he helps manage and grow institutional relationships with a focus on Native communities and values-driven organizations.
Justin has also contributed extensively through public service. He has served as a Member and Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Wolf River Development Company, on the Menominee Tribal Enterprises Board, as a Board Member for the Wisconsin Trust Account Foundation (WisTAF), and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the College of the Menominee Nation.
He lives in Shawano, Wisconsin with his wife, Crystal, and their children, Caroline and Jacob. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family hunting, fishing, and gathering—activities that reflect his deep connection to Menominee culture and land.
